CSR POLICY

The company’s policy for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) focuses on addressing critical social, environmental and economic needs of the marginalized / underprivileged sections of the society. The approach is to extend a helping hand to find a solution for the problems of the needy communities. The company’s vision is to actively contribute to the social and economic development of the society in which it operates and build a better, sustainable way of life for the weaker sections of society ".
Board-level CSR Committee
At Rubfila, the CSR governance structure is led by the Board Level committee which is responsible for identifying and implementing the projects undertaken. The committee will report to the Board of Directors. The CSR policy broadly targets areas like health care, education and local development as the core domains for undertaking CSR projects. In addition to the above, specific projects outside the areas mentioned would be taken up on a case to case basis purely on merits.
Responsibilities
- Formulate and update the CSR Policy.
- Suggest areas of intervention.
- Approve projects that are in line with the CSR policy
- Recommend the CSR expenditure.
