To further ensure the stringent requirements of its customers, the company went in for backward integration and established an in-house Centrifuging Plant to customize the raw material for quality production
RIL has one of the best infrastructure to manufacture Heat Resistant Latex Rubber Threads to produce both Talc Coated Rubber Thread (TCR) as well as Silicon Coated Rubber Thread (SCR).
The facility for the manufacture of Adhesives also is located in the same premises at Palakkad, Kerala. Adorafix Adhesives based on natural rubber, acrylics, urethanes, EVA’s and other polymers are made with stringent quality parameters to meet the demanding requirements of the customers in various industry sectors.
The following are the annual installed capacities of the company for manufacturing the following products:
Talc Coated Rubber Threads : 3450 MT Silicon Coated Rubber Threads : 2950 MT Water Based adhesives : 20000 MT
The rubber threads produced by RIL strictly adhere to the global standards such as ISO 2321, ASTM D 2433 and BSI 5421
